2. How We Use Your Information
To operate, maintain, and improve Meli; save and secure your content; facilitate the Trusted Person feature; communicate with you; analyze usage; and prevent abuse.

We use cookies to understand user behavior, improve experience, and remember preferences. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted third parties for hosting, analytics, error monitoring, and email delivery, under strict privacy obligations.
5. Trusted Person Access
Trusted Persons receive limited, view-only access after your death to designated content. They cannot edit, share, or download without instruction.
6. Your Rights and Controls
You may access, export, correct, or delete your data. Requests are processed within 30 days.

We use secure hosting, encrypted transfer, and standard access controls. While no system is 100% secure, we actively protect your data.

Meli is not for users under 18. We delete any discovered underage user data.
