1. Eligibility

2. Account Responsibilities

All content, code, and branding associated with Meli remain the property of Meli Technologies Incorporated. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without our written consent.

If a User signs up for a Meli account, the User is, by default, opted in to receive promotional email communications from Meli (“Email Communications”). The User may opt out of receiving Email Communications from Meli by unsubscribing via email.
5. Beta Services
Meli may offer certain features or services as “Beta Services” for testing and feedback purposes. By using Beta Services, you agree:
- Beta Services are provided “as-is” with no warranties or guarantees.
- You will not share, screenshot, or publicly disclose any information about the Beta Services without our written permission.
- You will not use the Beta Services to build a competing product or service, directly or indirectly.
- You agree to keep all information related to the Beta Services confidential and treat it as proprietary.
- Feedback you provide on Beta Services becomes the property of Meli Technologies Incorporated and may be used without attribution or compensation.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
You may receive access to confidential or proprietary information through your use of the Service, including Beta Services. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or use this information for any purpose other than evaluating and using Meli.
7. Limitation of Liability
Meli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Use is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
